The Search Group specializes in placing qualified professionals in career positions in accounting/finance, information technology and healthcare operations. Our staff has over 60 years successful experience in recruiting and placing applicants. Each recruiter is specially trained and focused on specific technical areas with knowledge of industries, companies, candidates, and skill sets.
What We Do
The Search Group provides targeted recruiting services for employers and candidates in the Baltimore-Washington corridor. Our services include contingency and retainer searches for permanent placement. We also provide consultation on successful hiring practices and policies.
- We visit worksites to assess corporate culture and the technical and interpersonal skills needed for maximum performance.
- We interview hiring executives, human resource managers, and candidates face-to-face, not only to discuss salary, benefits, and skill sets, but also to determine other important criteria such as personality type.
- Rather than sending large numbers of applicants for every job order who don't meet an employer's criteria, we only send one to three candidates.
